Mortgage details over a title of land?

I have conducted a title search over a parcel of land and know that it was mortgaged to Bank X for Y amount. How do I found out further details regarding the mortgage - new mortgage taken out or existing mortgage, amount, bank details etc

I don't think you can as that's private information
