Will NABARD provide loans for Acquiring land?

I want to know if banks will provide loans for acquiring agricultural land, if so what the procedure followed in india?

No bank in is providing funds to acqire land.NAtional Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development,it is only to uplift the rural ,agriculture.
