I want to know how to get a loan for purchasing agricultural land where i am a salaried person?

I tired checking with few banks like SBI , SBM and Vijaya bank. i found that the loans for purchasing land will be given for small or mid farmers where they already have land.

My question is if a person like me who doesnt have any farming land and interested in purchasing one will i be getting bank loan?

if so which bank can provide me loan?

any more details will be helpful.
