Where can I secure a loan with a piece of land? No W2,s.?

Most banks that used to do land-loans, bridge loans stopped or have alot more requirements. I'm needing a loan and am willing to secure the loan with a property that has twice the value of the size loan i'm looking for. I dont have w2's or any other income right now to help me qualify, just the property. Anyone know who still does those kind of loans? Called hard money loans, bridge or land loans I believe.

if you dont have any income it is going to be hard to get a loan even if you do have land. you gotta make your monthly payments
