do not need a pin if you go in to a bank, need proof of who you are.
credit cards only mail pins.

im her in macau i have already follow up my ATM captured landbank ATM when i was their in philippines,they said they will send her in macau the PINcode,i need my money now how can i make it fast so that they send my PINcode her,what should i do,my ATM was their at my Girlfriend can she follow up it trough my call or authorization?
