Reparations in the form of land, could it be the end of america as we know it?

Ok, when all of the people who got home loans who can't afford them are foreclosed on and the government has taken over the banking industry, they will essentially be in possession of a vast amount of land. In the spirit of redistributing the wealth, how likely is it that land will be given out as reparations for slavery and to native americans?
