Government Grants for purchasing personal land?

I am buying 20 acres of land and am having a hard time coming up with the 20% down required by my bank. I heard that there are government grants out for this kind of thing. Can anyone tell me if there is and how to get them? Also note that I am a first time buyer.

The only grants that are available are for first time home buyers and not for land buyers, sorry.
