I really have no idea on how. I'm in the Philippines and I'm just a college student right now. I don't have any credit card (and I have no intention of having one). What I have is an ATM account in Land Bank. Also, indicate the amount of any charges I'll pay.
first you have to have a credit card -- since you are not going to get one forget it!!!
You have to have a bank account first and a credit card.
You need to go over to Paypal.com and read everything. All the fees are explained there.
remember that paypal sucks.
