here my question in briefly if a local financiar lend my on bond of jewellery or land deed to a individual or security, if financial institution lend on some term & conditions, how immense finance lend to nations without a single bond? may be stupidic if u concern deeply there is conpiracy between high level diplomatical crooks. what is the motto ?
